Well got a real offer on our house thats been on market since early November and things are starting to pop!.If all goes well we could be out by July and living???(I do have a 1990 station wagon:) )An opportunity to bail out of our debt and start our next phase of life.(mAYBE MOVE SOUTH FOR AWILE,ONE THING AT A TIME.We are in high prayer mode and leaving it up to God for the next plan..My mind running like a leaky faucet but I learn each day how to silence the anxiety by ;MAKING THAT DECISON" and 'SEEKING THRU PRAYER AND MEDITATION.i'LL LET YOU KNOW HOW ITS GOING THRU THE NEXT LITTLE BIT.we have never sold a house before,the market is crapola up here,but we are choosing 'a new place to live,pay all of our debt over making $$$$.(DONT GET ME WRONG TRYING TO DO BEST WE CAN).To be continued.have a blessed and productive day..........

Things are picking up here some what, prices are rising probably because there running out of forclosures which tightens the market, Good luck Mike dont settle for too little.
