SO I MUST SHARE AN EXPERIENCE I HAD - NA PUT ON AN ADULT PROM HERE IN ALASKA - 6TH ANNUAL -IT WAS ASLO ME AND MY S.O 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY - NORMALLY WHEN AN EVENT IN MY LIFE TAKE PLACE - I GET TRULY INSANE - I START UP WITH THE ANGER, THE SHUTTING DOWN, ROLLER COASTER AND JUST UGH! - WELL, THIS WEEKEND NONE OF THAT HAPPENED FOR ME - I MADE A CONSCIOUS DECISION TO TRULY BE STILL INSIDE AND IT WORKED - I STAYED IN THE MOMENT - NOT ONCE DID A DEFECT FLAIR UP, NOT ONCE DID I SHUT DOWN - MY WEEKEND WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I DID NOT ONCE HAVE TO MAKE AN AMENDS FOR MY STUFF.  JUST AMAZING HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS AND CONTINUES TO WORK IN MY LIFE

smileWe kill ourselves with anxiety of whats coming ,dont we..Can feel your joy! Glad you had a beautiful weekend!Thank you also for chairing H&I ,the sick and suffering that are reached thru that venue is truly a miracle!

Congratulations to you 2 and glad things went over well anxiety UGH!! but i'm glad it doesnt go into a full blown panic attack i know people who suffer that way without meds its pretty terrible.

Those events are something eh buddy Terry ??

In my own experience, I went into many of these events crazy and speeded up, but left feeling serene and clean in my head !
