Im speeding towards the venue for the evenings show. I dont read signs, Im deep in my owm head and then it happens. Cops on the road ask me to halt. I do. "Drving liecence please,, you have to pay a fine for overspeeding" Im told.
And I have a thought "@#$!,,, this cant be happening"
Strange thing is that I see a guy I know got caught just befor me and now paying the fine. Im shown evidence and accept it; 95 km rather than the 80 km limit !!!
And then as I walk after paying my fine, Im surprised to see a responsible, recovering addict beig pulled up for the same !
I say hi and move on,,, thinking "NA sure does stand for never alone !"
Kris sake,, what are we ??

Took a big risk last nite by racing across an intersection;;; narrowly missed by another speeding car ! Seems like this happens when Im tired or anxious !! I have to let go of this madness !
