Court let Eric plead to misdemeanor change and recommended 3 years probation instead of jail time tonight...Sentencing on April 6th.He is now working on public assistance for housing, until he gets work,is getting food stamps right now and is attending program daily.God's will be done.I am sure this is the last shot he gets at resuming a life free of crime,drugs and addiction.We are also moving forward getting a few more calls to look at house and an open house coming up this week.We really would like to sell our house,bail out of debt,move out of state and continue moving forward in God's direction.Patience,not one of our greatest virtues,has been present in our lives lately and it sure is much easier to "surrender all" than fighting and clawing away at things...Just for today we put our trust and faith in a Power greater than ourselves and moved out of the way.Thanks family for letting me share "whats going on with me" right now.its how I stay in the solution!!!! peace....

Hey Avid,yes I agree ,time for Eric to move on with life,get his own place and do the right thing...Believe it or not my wife wants to move near her family in Deerfield Beach Florida.little down from Boca and about 30 miles north of Miami.We were going there for vacation each year but her folks are getting older and she would like to be near them.Me I been an up north guy most of my life and the humidity down there is a pip,but as I get older Im not liking cold weather either.I love to run and race so weather down there is tough for competition etc.I usually get up at 5:00 or so in a.m and try and get bulk of my mileage in before sun comes up,still humid though.We'll see ,have to sell first,not a great time for sales but we only owe about 50 g's for our home and have it on market for better than 3x that (but tons of debt to pay off)It will be what it is.If we do get down that way in next year or so,would like to hook up and do some partying,you know have coffee and watch the flowers grow!!:)Are you near that area? anyway thanks for thoughts man,keep it God centered and all will be well... peace

Hoping and praying God's will be done thats about all we can really do under duress of circumstances we are powerless over. Man step 3 thats TOUGH when we want what we want our on will power fighting for control though i know you work a pretty good program mike its a continued effort of our will just to stay in that step , i get weak feel weak and try to take control screw things up all the time LOL hopefully he gets it.
