I just finished my 2nd step, or I should say I have been done with it for awhile now, but need someone to go over it with, so I can move on to my 3rd, any takers
Hi...your post is a little confusing to me...if you are done with the step, then why is that not sufficient for going on to the next step?
To my mind, going from one step to the next is a different issue from needing/wanting a sponsor. My 2-cents worth is if you are ready to take the next step , then you are ready to take the next step. If you are not, then yeah, maybe discussion with a sponsor might be timely. But it's still "an inside job", so only you know what the real deal is.

Hi Roger,, How do you do ? I guess the reason why you want to vocalize the writing is to get validity; the basic question seems to be "AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK ? Am I doing the right thing for my ongoing recovery ?
Well, I know for certain from my experiences as sponsor and sponsee that unguided solo efforts take much longer than they should. Also,, is it addiction driving us or is it the desire to get recovery ?
I live in far off India and I volunteer!! Even if you say no,, I know that Ive tried to help another addict.
The advantages are that our personalities wont get in the way and therefore it maybe easier to get you to share the 2nd and go onto the 3rd.
Disadvantages are that because Im not there in person, few things like discussing things over a cup of coffee or reading body language will not be possible.
So I leave it to you to decide !
More details on myself clean 22 years and have lived recovery in India (Bangalore) and in UK (Sheffield). Been a sponsor, sponsee, NA Serviceman, old timer etc.
Most of all,,, Ive had a lot of experience on cyber sponsorship/cyber sponseeship !
