Help me search for friend of Matty K-NYC area in the '80's.

My sister Esther K., a friend of Bill, is looking for Bill Dro---., who was a friend of Matty Kar---. in NYC (Living Now) around 82-89. Matty (now deceased) was heavily tattooed and he and Esther moved from NY to VA late 80s. If anyone knows of Bill. D., who was a contractor...in NY-NJ area, please ask him to contact me at zumagurl@hotmail.com -thanks. Hes about 62.
