How much of your time have you spent on your recovery in the last 24 hours ? (include phone calls , meeting , writing , praying , fellowship , etc ...)

Hmmm... maybe 20 minutes journalling, 15 minutes at online recoveryforum, maybe 5 minutes praying, 15 minutes talking with other recoveringaddicts, maybe another 5 reading literature... for a grand total of... 1 hour and 5 minutes...

Hey Tisa!ITS 2:00 OCLOCK HERE NOW.yesterday at 2:00 I called an addict to return a call,didnt answer,spent 2hours in my tree(hunting season where I do a lot of praying(about 1/2 time there.)6;30 made coffee for my home group,fellowshipped early(benefit of coffee making)had an hour and a half meeting,then took couple mothers to be(part of group) to my garage so they picked some stuff they could use)(SELLING OUR HOUSE GETTING RID OF STUFF!!!).today start my day here,10 minutes,called an addict invited to thanksgiving dinner,prayed in my tree this morning(6;30 to 7;50 before work)about 1/2 that,brings me to now.now let me see what that was...1 min-1hr-3hr-10min-2min-30min.=4hrs 43 minutes and still working,,,wow that was like a brain puzzle for me!!!! ENJOY REST OF THIS DAY....(SOMEHOW GOT A SMILIN SUN UP ON 2 OO OCLOCK?)

Probably one hour today , If you add how lomg I will be on now it could be up to three hours or more.I am finishing Step 10 ,I probably have about one hour or two left to write.
Hmmm....It's 7 pm. One hour meeting today. two hours yesterday. 20 minutes prayer. 20 minutes reading and sharing on line about the just for today (see the forums) 30 minutes chat room 15 minutes phone 40 minutes talking with addicts after meetings. about 5 hours.
