me to sick coughing all night long last night little energy today feel like i have bronchitis plus found out today i have to have the knee surgery soon pretty serious minicus and replace ACL tendon so i'll be down a long time.

some sense of sobriety and being clean and not having the obsession or compulsion to use
Grateful for the Twelve Steps available in my life today and for a little bit of sanity that made me make use of these recovery tools...
Grateful for my friend Sam who is taking care of an electrical work back at my family residence in my hometown.
