never thought I would miss my insanity (drama) but I guess I have made the right changes "The Next Right Thing" I am still lonely but my mind is calm and no longer racing so that is a good thing I am grateful to have peace of mind just for todayconfuse

Manon! Its great to have you back posting.Yes be grateful for your"peace of mind" Each day will offer new challenges and being in a calm and clear state of mind can help in addressing the issues!!Man sometimes they just keep blastin away but I try and  concentrate on a favorite spiritual reading that tells me"and this to shall pass"!  Of course only if I surrender my will>>>talk to ya on the rebound peace.....smile
