(again). they did tell me that i had an irregular heartbeat which i guess isnt good. well its been an interesting day and im EXHAUSTED.

that's good, a lot of the people your age are drinking those "energy" drinks. They are putting caffeine in everything now, even beer. It's ridiculous. So what happened with your doctor?
well me and my doctor are making a plan. she says i have to quit smoking. for good. and i have to exercise for atleast 30 min a day whether its walkking or jogging or whatever. i will also be on isoprenaline. and i have to watch my blood pressure. and have a healtier diet which may be hard. but i gotta do what i gotta do.

i have to quit too liz i am going to try that chantix but need to get to my doctor first to see if its going to work out with me. I go to the gym no less then 1 time a week usually ist 2 now LOL but its something plus my work can sure keep me in shape.
I am on water pill and a blood thinner for high BP I take it religiously even though the side effects add to my already horrible fatigue issues but better that then a fatal heart attach.
Take the advice and stay healthy as possible one life and its short enough as it is.
Liz C Get your heart issues check by a cardioligst. If you have an irregular heart beat it can be fixed by meds or a pacemaker.I have had five heart attacks in the past 15 years, had quadruple bypass surgery 14 years ago.I have had a pacemaker, and a defribilator for seven years.I jst had a new one put in last year. One of these medical devices is a piece of mind.Like Peanuts and his security blanket. It worry's not me.It does its job, they adjust the with a scanner,or over the phone.
