Hey Tisa! How are you?
Yes we made a big ceremony when we had to put our son out 2 weeks ago about just "be honest"  with us no matter what.. Okay sure dad,,,Last encounter with him"total" ,in your face, look in your eyes,dishonesty!"(blatant lies to be more exact)spiritual principles run amuck,,disbelief,,,enjoy rest of today....

The last expectation I put on someone was my husband, and of course me as a full fledged addict that I am, thought "How dare he not do what I want him to!!!!" Little reality check- GET OUT OF YOURSELF!!!!! All expectations do is open the door to resentments that I cannot afford. Still got a LOT of work to do on that- Thank God its about progress not perfection! Have a Blessed day Ya'll!

michelle may be a newbie but she hit that one on the head!

I try as hard as humanly possible not to expect anything out of anybody, for I am always disappointed.

Expecting my tenn-age son to be completely honest with me. LOL! Ya, cuz I was SO honest with my parents at that age!!! NOT!!!
