just an update: things are good atm QUIET which is wonderful. Extremely grateful for peace of mind, seems to be few and far between lately so when my mind does stop racing I cherish every second. Looking for another shrink the one I went to is NOT going to work. All I can do is pray for guidance so my HP will lead me in the right direction. Thank you all so much for handling me at my worst I know it's not always easy. Hell I drive myself nuts I can only imagine what those around me are thinking lol anyway not on here very much right now kinda enjoying the silence.
