Thats cool!! I have been at my job 30 years this past May and Have been battling a woman since i got here in 1979(5 years before I got clean)W e are both managers and have been sent by our superiors to EAP (employee assistance program,private counseling,arbitration,personal sit downs etc.)For the last couple years working the spiritual principles of the program I have been much more at peace and kind of look in at myself when I want to lash out.I am a production manager for a workshop for "people with disabilities and she is a job procurement manager so we have different goals one brings it in ,one gets it out.It is supposed to be a "team " effort but with 'weak upper management it gets blurry..I was actually thinking of packing it in a couple years back but my God is awesome.She decided to work part time 3 days a week for the duration and I chuckled as I approached my God in my daily prayers being thankful for getting out of the way and lettin things happen..  We are both in out 60's so early retirement was workin  in my mind,till i realized .like everyone ,cant even cover it with 2 full time salaries let alone social security!! yikes..Anyway I like the frog thing,believe I tried a lot of different techniques,being a hard head recovering addict didnt help much either,but God got my back ,always did,but I wasnt listening. Have a great day ,im gonna look for some frogs todaY!!!!
