2 things my friend,how could we call you BigV if you werent hovering aroud a 44" and secondly I also have a new nutritional program 'I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT ,I JUST CAN'T SWALLOW IT!!!! ahhh the joys of aging and them Breyers Vanilla bean with oatmeal cookie binges!!! my battle with cholesterol took care of my ice cream eating a long time ago. but by far the scarriest newwer findings that indicate that cancer like to start and grow in fatty tisuues was enough to scare the hell of me. I'm working out and dieting and moving my wieght down from 185 to 165 (at 174 now) Height = 5'-8".
Way to go,it takes discipline for sure..I ran my last Boston Marathon in 2004 at 174 lbs and worked hard at that weight 5' 9".(competed best around 165 but was very hard for me to maintain that weight).now hovering around 200 like carrying 2 bowling balls around.No excuse ,just lack of discipline..keep up the good work.i KNOW i felt much better in condition....I still work out daily ,run weekly and stretch more than anything(always so tight).I am still entertaining one more Boston run before i Pack in marathoning but need to get back to better mindset.Oh shoot there goes them oatmeal cookie dreams again..see ya later....peace mikef
