recovery is scary and kind of exciting. i have six days now. i struggle with some spiritual beliefs in which i have been brought up with. i'm 53 and trying my best to come into this new like i never had any spiritual beliefs. any suggestions?
Start reading the NA book literature it will give you a lot of ideas of what we do here having to do with sprituality and such all good stuff and totally helpful towards our recovery I love it how NA lays it out the literature is what kept me here I could so related and use the tools and suggestions, hang in there .

I agree meetings,basic text and literature and a willing spirit "an addict,any addict can stop using drugs,lose the desire to use and find a new way of living!!that still gives me chills. says a ton...keep comin back let us know how you are doin. stick around for the continued miracle...peace mikef
