Hi...the best thing to do right now is to call Narcotics Anonymous where you live and go to a live meeting as soon as possible...try for tonight. Tell them on the phone what you're dealing with and you'll get some feedback for your situation. You can also keep yourself busy reading some of the posts here, and write more about yourself if you want. Hang tuff...it will pass and it will get better. You only have to stop and stay stopped once, so even though you're uncomfortable now, you are actually already on your way to a new life.

welcome to the site! mikef here. yes contact some people let them know you need help/find a meeting where you can attend and at least keep comin back here.try to stay in the present ,not project whats going to happen tonight,tomorrow in a week etc. we can do things for short periods of time and soon those periods can turn into longer blocks of time..you are reaching out and that is definitely first step..hang in peace
