NOt letting the shame of my age get in the way yeah its there most normal people have already owned bought sold 2 house probably by my age but hey it is what it is and I need to stay in the moment.
There are many blessings that come to us in recovery, things that never in a million years would have happened in active addiction and I am certainly not bragging here it just HAPPENS things HAPPEN and we grab the opportunitys with courage and grace and humility and GO FOR THE RIDE

Nothing today I was going to put an offer on one place but it's to soon nice little 3x2 house lots of new stuff but I think I can do even better so patiently waiting for the right one, its a bidding war going on out here highest bidder gets the house .

No big hauls YET Raman but stay tuned we just got us 160 acres of claim in a tertiary area and we're getting close, my partner found some gold in some quartz pieces and got gold in our creek so we're heading back in a few weeks to do more prospecting in the area, I can smell the gold its there we just have to find the right crack, so to speak .
Dean theres a bill SB 670 there trying to take away our dredging here in Ca and its probably going to happen , even if the governor veto's it it passed the Senate by a better than 2/3 majority,they could easily over-ride his veto, The gov shot down the last rider bill they snuck in but this time the enviro's are handing out big hand fulls of money to the politicians that they're not going to turn down we will be marching on Sacramento our capital real soon but you guys are always going to be welcome I can take you to see Yosemite and if you've never seen that once you do the memory won't ever leave.
I that happens you'll have to come to the Blueridge and mine for emeralds . Some big finds not far from my home. I've been to most of the big parks Yosemite, Redwoods, Kings Cannon, Death Valley, Klamath falls... and have driven every mile of PCH from Mexico to Seattle, and about half of the baja peninsula, and skied 12 out the 16 ski resorts at Tahoe, attended a USGP race at Laguna Seca. I lived in the south bay (Hermosa Beach, and Balboa Park in San Diego) for 1.5 years total. Maybe we can both go somewhere new .
Theres a hill in Balboa park. You can lay on your back and watch planes coming into San Diego. So close it seems you could spit on them sometimes. That memory came out of nowhere .

The pool is huge Dean that picture doesn't do justice I am heading back up tomorrow and setting up my 4 inch dredge in there the guys will be up Saturday to dive down with scuba gear, theres a big crack I can work that runs down the bottom side of where the picture was taken. I believe thats a fault zone of some kind the bedrock is blown apart right there, there are qaurtz outcroppings in the area too those come through fault zone areas often times and YES it is a local swimming hole the path there is worn.
My offer was accepted and this friday home inspector and terminte inspector will be doing there thing then next week appraiser will come in so within a few weeks I will have an answer and it will go into escrow, not celebrating yet still jumping through hoops , I HATE THIS PART of things but this is where patience and keep expectations minimal , I have hope but not to high expectations trying not to set myself up for dissapointment, God's will be done.
BigV, be prepared for a little bit of shock after you close. It's a little freaky to have a new substantial financial commitment. Especially for us self employed people, it takes an extra dose of faith, on a daily basis for awhile.
I'm still pretty stoked over the whole thing.
