Hey everyone, just wanted to touch base and let you all know that I am 90 days clean today and very excited. Never thought I'd make it, NEVER thought I'd want to be 90 days clean lol, but now I can't imagine EVER going back to that life again. I hope you all are doing well, my depression fight is "better", I'm having more good days than bad now, and I appreciate all of you who shared with me. I have some great ideas that I am going to put to use, and am hoping that things will get even better from them ("thanks Dean and Dan and Raman").....Take care and God Bless everyone, always...........you're all in my prayers and thoughts daily.
Wow! Hang on to that pink cloud. Happiness is a decision that we make every morning. It's as easy as saying "today is going to be a great day, I'm going to love life and enjoy all that it has to offer". And then don't let anyone or anything steal your day.
Hi Lori and congratulations! What a miracle... An addict staying clean for THREE months! I want to suggest you pay special attention to how you're feeling over the next several days. For some reason 90 days can be a tricky point... I think the disease gets scared that you're really serious about staying clean and it's cunning baffling and powerful, will try to screw with you, your feelings, your thoughts... I like to keep it simple, if you are thinking anything that contradicts the TRUTH, that you are a worthwhile, perfectly created human being who is NOT supposed to destroy her life with dope, it's the disease, it's a lie and don't fall for it!
