Dear Manon,,
Give time time to work its wonders.
 It's  worth the waiting.
Patience pays the best.
Im learning these to be true,,,,seems they will always be true.

I had a guy working with me for awhile Manon and things started getting really strange, he became argumentative and extremely sarcastic. One day it got out of control he had brought a friend to help us with some things and he kept arguing with me and making things really difficult I actually thought he was drunk or high and finally I asked him what he was on, his friend spoke up and said He has ADD real bad some days and this is one of those days, I told him to go home he wouldn't leave LOL.

So the last day he worked with me he was up on a ladder like a drunken sailor chipping stuff off the ceiling, scratching up my job gouging holes in the ceiling, it was very strange and out of control, I pulled him off the ladder and tried to talk with him but there was no talking all he did was argue, I asked him about meds, he wont take any says they mess him all up he does marijuana maintenance and he's become an alcoholic and theres nothing I can do for him I suggested getting to one of the programs he wont have any of that either so I had to stop using him .

sometimes I wish I had ADD i seldom have much energy LOL i really struggle with this i have to force myself to move most days and to keep going, after 6 hours working my body starts to shut down and I become extremely achy, after 6 hours of work I can sleep for 4 hours easily, it's real tough!

Hang in there and let them get the meds right, do you have some activitys you can do when things get bad ? some sort of meditation or game to keep your mind from getting crazy ? I dont know much about ADD or ADHD.

Honestly I do not have any idea how it is to suffer from ADHD Manon, maybe reading a book 10 minutes at a time, trying this out 2-3 times in a day would help? confuse
