The Past
there are times of circle and rhymes,
that seem to last forever,
First of sadness then of pleasure,
The past keeps its existence,
I keep my insistence,
Shadows fall,
Shadows call,
Listen to their voices,
Don't be a fool,
you have your choices.
Why does the past keep coming back,
Just to see me hurt and attacked?
Why does the past fly in like birds,
to hurt me with it's shallow words?
When the past is over.
I'll smell the crimson,
and hold the clover

yea I weighed in Monday @154 and to think I started @ 279 that is just too big I can actually buy a new chair and not worry about it breaking ;) LOL remeber that? I am not @ the puter much these days I stay pretty busy right now trying to lose that 20 pounds more they want me to lose then the tummy tuck yea any way there is a check up on me where are all the old timers miss you guys. LOL yes, I have broken my share of chairs too here.

WoW you lost a bunch I have seen these transformations occur and its totally kewl glad your doing well with this and that smile
