Hello everyone my name is Angela and i am an addict (for a loooooong time). This is my 1st post EVER on a forum of this type, but not my 1st time thru the 12 steps.
I just wanted to say Hello" and find out how i get into the meeting this evening? I am a little nervous about sharing at this point though. Any and all contact would be appreciated.
Welcome to MIP Ang. We are glad to have you. My name is Kathleen and I too am an addict. If you want to go to the meeting, there is a link at the top left corner of this board. There is usually someone there to chair. Meeting starts every night at 10pm eastern. If you aren't ready to share, you are still more than welcome to come in and listen.... Hope to see you there

Wecome Angela, glad you are here. I remember my first post on a message board, I was so intimidated! I'm fairly technologically challenged and just managed to stumble in here. Hey Anthony...thanx for the words...I am a little--no not a little--vey confused on how to use a message forum--1st of all. It looked like you were on the board a little while ago. I dont know?? I guess I might need to talk & dont know how to do it in here.
H i again ang, theres meetings in here at 10 pm eastern time every night on the chat board. sometimes we dont have a chairperson, but theres usually someone to talk to at that time, and we manage to wing it pretty well..Also we some really cool women who are in here and they may be about ready for the service call . ( hint hint ladies )
Also one more thing, there are many NA chat rooms out there but ive found like ours most of them only have traffic during meeting times. One of the exceptions is narecoverychat.org, that site usually has traffic in it 24/7 . There are alot of good folks there with many years clean.
Like i said before, welcome to MIP , so glad you found us and looking forward to seeing more posts from you.
