Hi all,,Raman an addict This last weeks been good all round. There were few angry incidents,,,so,,,I realize,,, most of all I have to stop being involved in other people instabilities and insanity. I believe I have to rely more on my Free mind and let go of the me mind.. thats the differenace tween recovery and disease !!

your so right ra, my addict is quick to jump in a confrontation, i try and remember to step back, take a breath and think about what a clean anthony should be doing. sometimes it actually works. its a surprise to me that im realizing 99% of my tough moments arent even my beef. seems im quick to take up other peoples fights.am i a martyr ? if i am its a defect im working hard on. ....just for today i choose to live the serenity prayer best i can. thanks for reminding me . anthonyg

Thanks Anthony,,, Hugs !! yes,,I will practice what a clean Raman does,,, in fact I think that when im " A rebel without a cause"" all the more easy to be drawn into others fights,,, oh the insanity of it,,, Yes just for today I will say the Serenity Prayer as many time i can,, hopefully Ill then see myself going from insanity to IN-SANITY... insanity to being IN-Sanity,,, what a great way to live and enjoy life without the use of drugs !!

IN sanity HAH took me a second to get that Raman pretty slow here
I to have had some angry moments it comes from discomfort much work this week and I have to work all weekend WAH I should be greatful but the child can't go out and play in the dirt WAH WAH
So you guys got me focused this morning to handle this weekend, I have to stay in prayer and gratitude and know that I dont have to react to this discomfort I MUST be greatful and glad for what i have for many don't have it so well off!
It works buddy Vini,,, I prayed and Meditated and went for a nephews wedding reception this evening,,, sure as eck was Clean Raman seen there !!! And that too with Ma and Anji my daughter,,, and with Ma around,, me staying Serene is whats called a MIRACLE !!

I had a weekend full of work but i did get to play some :) I lost tolerance i had to be on guard all weekend did pretty well I have to keep a sense of humor or lose my mind LOL
Sunday was lot better than many Sundays now,,, I jammed with the boys in the late afternoon at the coffee shop,,no problem there,,, everyone on coffee and cake. But man was the nite show at a great restaraunt a real great scene,,folks cheering and whistling and roaring after each song,, my God,, I had to remember that Im the addict,, for them its ok to drink smoke etc,,, I just do my music,, chat afterwards and be on my way home to a happy ending,, I do say the Serenity Prayer many times in a gig....got to... its a life managing prayer.

You give me hope! My dad is coming to visit at the end of this week and I sure get cranky when he's around. I'd like to stay serene instead. I'm going to employ your experience for myself. I'll keep you posted.
