i'm gonna be back in the rose city sometime shortly after the new year. i spent a little time in the other fellowship over the summer but didn't connect the way i should have. i've since gotten an NA sponsor and have been up on the olympic peninsula the past couple of months. i need recommendations *reviews* of some pdx meetings...i'm 39, heroin/cocaine/pills what have you addict. have 50 days since relapse. been in intensive outpatient treatment.

Used to live in Seattle... I miss the Pacific Northwest!!! Good luck finding what you need in Portland... I am sure there is plenty there in the way of NA for you.

HEy Paul just get out there and hit some meetings and find what feels good, whjats friendly and whats got some good people recovering. Try a mens stag group if you can thats what I like i dont get distracted without all the chiks in the room LOL concentrate better thata way

just hang in there stay clean glad to have you onboard here

 I'm 45 minutes north of Portland, in Longview, WA.
  NA is pretty strong in both Portland, & Vancouver (& here).
 There is a great NA meeting in Portland on Friday nights at 7pm, at the URS club (I believe it is 157th & Stark).
 Lots of clean time there (say hi to Jackie J, Harrison, Eddie, Harry, etc).
 There is a great Wednesday night Mens group in Vancouver at 7pm.
 go to www.na.org, follow the links, area region, state.
