I found a little only panned for about an hour and theres a lot more gold there still waiting, planning on taking a dredge next time or my high banker.

Heres some pics it was a gorous day out about 85 degrees

Brief slide show below the thrid slide is a beach where the gold is , down deep about 3-4 feet I didn't get that far down YET

Thanks for sharing the pics, V. Is it a peaceful location? Sounds like a great day to be outdoors. I can't wait 'til we hit 85 degrees again, but that won't be until next summer.

Blithe its pretty remote its about 500 feet down to the water and that deters some folks from going down, its also on BLM land and our energy company has a huge power plant right up the hill ( basically NOT suposed to be there biggrin) thats a dangerous place to be when they start letting water out but theres no water for them to let out its extremely low and were in a draught right now so no worrys weirdface
