how do i join an online meeting?

i am brand new here. i have ben trying to make it to my first physical meeting all week but i am really scared. i didn't know there was an online meeting until now, and i really want to check it out asap. how do i get into the 'meeting', is it a chat room or something? i know it's every night at 10 eastern time but, where is it on the website?

help would be appreciated :) thanks!
