I found this great book, Starting Over. It was written by a girl who went through a depression and wrote herself out of it, and now she uses it to help other people.  I think you can just type in her name Chandra Blevins in the search field if you go to lulu.com and it should come up.  It talks about so much, scriptures are in it that identify with drug abuse, it just gives you knowledge about what it truly is.  It's real good and it opens your eyes and shows you a better path in life.  Please, please, if you want to conquer this problem and move on once and for all, download it and read it it's worth it.  The site let's you preview the beginning of the book too.
