I have been sick over the weekend still going thru some yuck I am very grateful for all th ehelp and support that was put into play as I am sick and unable to be here as much as I would like to it show a enormous amount of unity

I live my life by these tradition and principles I find it is just easier to have guidline to go by no rules just suggestions.
